You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@toruschessacademy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Services
Torus Chess Academy provides live online chess coaching via video conferencing platforms. We offer group classes, 1-on-1 sessions, trial assessments, and structured programmes across six levels. The specific sessions, schedules, and coaches assigned to your student are as agreed at the time of enrolment, subject to reasonable adjustments by the Academy.
We reserve the right to substitute coaches or reschedule classes with reasonable prior notice. In the event of a class cancellation by the Academy, a replacement session or credit will be offered.
4. Trial Assessment
The free trial assessment ("Free Assessment") is a single 45-minute session available once per student. No payment is required. We reserve the right to decline a trial booking at our discretion.
5. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are displayed on our website and are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or local currency equivalent. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is due in advance of the billing period (monthly or term) as selected at enrolment.
We accept payment via our authorised payment processors. All transactions are governed by the payment processor's terms. In the event of a failed payment, access to sessions may be suspended until the balance is settled.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
